Washington, D.C. –Building on the momentum to pass the America’s Health Care Choices Act of 2009, Representative Xavier Becerra (CA-31), Vice Chair of the House Democratic Caucus and senior member of the Ways and Means Committee, and other members will hold a press conference today, Friday, July 24, at 2:30p.m. ET to announce the agreement reached last night to create a fair payment system in Medicare across geographical regions.
