Through her seat on the powerful House Ways and Means Committee, Congresswoman Allyson Schwartz played a key role in the economic stimulus package debate. Now, Schwartz is reaching out to her constituents to make sure they have the information they need to know on how the economic stimulus package affects them.
As part of her outreach efforts, this Monday, March 10, 2008 Schwartz will host a question and answer session with constituents to provide information on many of the most frequently asked questions about the stimulus package, such as, “If I am a senior who receives Social Security, is there paperwork I need to complete? When will I receive a rebate check? As a senior, how much of a rebate check am I eligible for?”
Professional tax experts and constituent service staff members of Congresswoman Schwartz will also be on hand to answer questions.
